Advances the employment rate and the quality of employment of Israel’s Arab population. They make the business case for hiring Arab employees and provide services to companies to create internal changes in order to incorporate more diversity into the workplace.
Promotes equal employment opportunities for Arab university graduates within the Israeli business sector by promoting attitudinal and systemic changes within the business sector, and providing Arab students with career development skills.
